We endure in a globe stuffed with stress and schedules. It seems that the more we grow technology and paths to make things more speedily, the more anxiety panic attacks increase. That is food for thought. You would think that worries and workloads would lessen with our non stop advancement in technology. Adolescents, as related to this issue, are of a particular concern. Anxiety and natural depression seems to be hitting them more than others these days. Acknowledged, being a teenager is challenging in some areas, and unbelievably delightful in others. Some teenagers may claim that it is all negative. Even I was a teenager in the past. We all know what it’s like. However, depression was not part of my teen experience. Who knows what has happened in the last ten years. Anxiety attacks should not be a part of childhood. As a matter of fact, anxiety attacks and depressive disorder should be much less prevalent than it is altogether.
