Live in Color
Wow color can make the difference in how you feel. Blue is the most loyal color you could have around. It creates the feeling of belonging and of wanting to be a part of the environment. Red is the color that can create a burst of energy, some say anger, other say energy. It might be nice to work out in a gym painted red I bet that and Acceletrim would really get the weight falling off and the exercise in gear. Yellow is the color of sun and happiness. There is a need to be in a happy state, it is thought that yellow can recreate the “feel good” happy hormones that the sun can generate. Green is the calm color. Most directors will set up the people ready to go on screen in a “green room” as the feeling in the room is so calming-even more than some chamomile tea. When you evaluate your work space, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, surroundings and they can all be able to determine how you are feeling, exercising, working. Also those around you can be feeling the way the room/color indicates. The next time that you are in a certain “mood” quite often, take a look at your surrounding and see if the color is related to the mood. Try it - I guarantee that it will help out.
