Gaming Notebooks To Turn Mobile And Slick

Filed under: Technometer — admin @ 10:23 pm

There has been a big obsession for laptop computers lately. I just scared that like last year we will have problems getting our hands on the latest technology too. It seems like once there are backlogs those will only escalate because demand for laptops is not diminishing at all. It’s a market which is also tough to keep up with it respect of of technology because its shifting all the time.

Gaming laptops are one of the sectors that have seen growing interest. I feel gaming laptops have never been cheaper. You can hunt down some extremely good offers out there that will get you playing games. In my opinion laptops are reasonably good for gaming. Processing power is much advanced than before. These days the vast amount of gaming laptops are not even big, chunky and noisy. Performance of computers should infinitely be a mile ahead of laptops but its still encouraging to see. It will be exciting to see what gaming portables come out in the future and how tiny they can manufacture them.

I feel we are seeing greater amounts of start-up companies exclusively dealing in custom built laptops. With popular manufacturers you usually don’t have a clue what they put into the system. In the majority cases you can ask for all the primary components you desire and this is best suited to gamers, professional and hardcore users. Many of the notebook computers found in retail stores are made to grab the most market share and not the small niche sectors. Custom laptops give a fix to this. You can a plethora of companies who supply direct so there are a lot of alternatives as well. Yet again another point to custom built laptops.

I can’t wait to see what notebooks are released next. So far it seems as though low cost portables are the popular item. A whole new niche has been created overnight it seems. People would like to have big screen umpc’s if that sounds right. This is something that can be produced even today if we forget about power. Consumer trends indicate that gaming laptops will become more mobile in the next few years. Though laptop technology follows roadmaps there is forever going to be a gadget that transforms all that.

I have found what I feel are the best laptop computers.

6 Killer Outsourcing Secrets to Save You Time and Make You More Money

Filed under: Software Tips — admin @ 9:25 pm

Early on my online business career, I was a jack-of-all-trades.

  • I was the webmaster

  • The telemarketer
  • The banker
  • The accountant
  • The copywriter
  • The traffic specialist
  • The butcher
  • The baker
  • The candlestick maker
  • And on and on it went

If it needed to get done, I had to do it, as I was a Solo-Preneur, a one man money making machine.

Then I learned how other successful people were saving time, making more money and having more fun than I was. The secret to their ‘leveraged’ lives was outsourcing.

They had webmasters, copywriters, sales staff, virtual assistants, secretaries, and so on.

Instead of working so hard IN their businesses, they were now ON their business, freed up to dream up and implement new product ideas and create new revenue streams.

In my online experience, I have found 6 killer outsourcing techniques that have saved me time and help me make a lot of money. I would like to share them with you in hopes that you will benefit from them like I have.

1. Outsource Secret #1 - Use 24 Hour Recorded Message Lines

Do you have a lot of people calling you, asking you the same questions over and over, that a website explains? What if people cannot get online? I create 24 hr recorded message lines where people can dial in, even if it’s 2:43 am and they can get educated robotically and elegantly about my company, offers or specials.

Real Estate Agents can use this for updated home listings and showings, put the 24 hour message on the back of a business card, with a shocking headline, so people will call it.

Mine reads:

“Discover how a 35 year old former youth pastor from Minnesota earned over $700,000 in less than two years, and how he goes on vacations saving up to 75% off without coming home broke! Free 24 hr rec. message - 866-486-7465.”

Network Marketers also use 24 hour lines to talk about their company, product and compensation plans instead of having to do one on one presentations.

2. Outsource Secret #2 - Hire a Webmaster/Site Designer

I used to make my own sites, and I had to figure it all out by trial and error, many hours of frustrations.

Don’t you hate it when you get the site all finished, but there is one quirk that is keeping you from publishing it because you have an error in your code or shopping cart, which you cannot figure out how to fix?

You can’t publish until it’s fixed and you begin to panic!

I have been down that road too many times, and it kept me from launching my sites on time.

When I learned this outsource secret the companies I used got my sites keyword optimized, submitted and found in the engines.

The did the design work and coding, I just wrote the copy to be on the site.

I have over 20 #1 listings now with certain keywords related to my niche market.

3. Outsource Secret #3: Hire a Virtual Assistant to Work for You

This one is an amazing time saver.

I used to answer all my own calls and now I delegate/outsource to a team of virtual assistants who handle all my phone work for me.

They do customer support, give out information, and even help by doing a little over the phone selling for me too.

At about $15-25 an hour, Virtual Assistants, don’t get paid by the hour, they get paid by the minute, as an independent contractor, so you don’t pay them taxes, employee benefits, or insurance/health care. What a money saver and time saver, and guess what? You are not ripping them off doing it this way as that is how the Virtual Assistant Niche markets itself to people like you so they can get business.

4. Outsource Secret #4: Use Outsourcing Network Sites & Communities

Ever heard of the “lance.com” sites. Like elance, freelance, writerlance etc.?

These website groups do a lot of busy work for you at great low prices which you arrive at through a reverse auction.

You tell people your project, whether you need a script made, software made, or a program, and then someone will tell you how much they will do it for, and usually the lowest priced bidder will win, and build your project or service for you, and you keep the master rights, like you built it yourself.

Many of the top internet marketing money makers outsource all their projects this way.

5. Outsource Secret #5: Hire a Customer Service Division

Many solo-preneurs, or small business owners are swamped with customer support and answering questions which take them away from the important tasks like dreaming up new products and services.

Why not outsource your customer support with companies like Kayako.

Do a Google search for “outsource customer support” and you’ll get a ton of listings from great companies eager to serve you and act as an extension of your one man show and make you look like a fortune 500 company.

With some minimal training, they can be answering support emails and building knowledge bases for you to answer your company’s frequently most asked questions.

Outsource Secret #6: Create Your Own Affiliate Program

The days of the one man salesman are over.

Many people earn a living online who don’t have websites of their own.

They are affiliates, and they are marketers who know how to penetrate niche markets with messages that get read, and create buyers for YOUR products.

Affiliates bring buyers to your sites for you.

Create a program where you pay affiliates 50% or whatever you think is fair and they will sell your product, advertise, and create sales for you. You will not need an advertising budget now.

So, here are 6 simple outsourcing techniques that when followed, can most definitely save you time, save you frustration, and help you make more money with less effort. Delegate your business from the outhouse and work your way up to the penthouse.

Brilliant Autumn: Reaping a Bounteous Harvest

Filed under: The New Age Web — admin @ 4:52 pm

“But if in your thought you must measure time into
seasons, let each season encircle all the other seasons, And let today embrace the past with remembrance and the future with longing.”

- Kahlil Gibran (1883-1931)

The low afternoon sun cast soft rays through a cool October breeze. Tall maples filled the park with fiery shades of orange and gold. These colorful trees conveyed feelings of strength and peace.

Two children darted across a carpet of crackling leaves. They shouted gleefully, pretending to be a prince and princess. They were filled with the bubbly joy of anticipation that children feel during the spring time of life.

At the same time, the brilliant maples reminded me that autumn can be filled with anticipation of beauty and strength. In all seasons of life, there are wonderful treasures to expect.

What will happen between the spring and autumn of your life? What will you do to experience the peaceful strength and fruitful harvests that an inspired life brings?

One of the first things we can do is sow good-quality seeds of faith and action. We can gain skills and knowledge. Then we can keep those skills sharp and polished by continuing to learn.

The seasons have no lack of time; each is balanced within a cycle of birth, growth and rest. Likewise, the only time we lack is that which we fail to use for worthwhile purposes.

Each of us have different priorities and degrees of discipline for balancing the use of time. When we say yes to one thing, we say no to something else.

The harvest will arrive in due season whether bounteous or lean. It can bring satisfaction of a job well done. It can convey contentment and strength as life prepares to rest, anticipating another spring time.

Ask yourself, “What seeds will I sow today that will yield a bounteous harvest? What will I say “yes” to today?

If you sow quality seeds of thought, faith, and action today, your harvest can be plentiful, and the autumn foliage brilliant. May your autumns bring all the joy, strength, and prosperity that you’ve ever wanted!

Wishing you blessings and success!

Try a Dildo for a Lovely Orgasm with your Yummy Partner

Filed under: Shopping Resources — admin @ 8:24 am

Some men have a tough time keeping a hard pecker and some girls have remarkably long sex drives, meaning it takes the chick a really long time to climax Because of this difference in sex drives, sex intercourse may turn into an annoying and undesirable sexual session. That’s why huge dildos can be helpful. If the gent shoots early in the game, or even if the lady just takes longer than her lover, he can continue to penetrate the girl with the dildo. That way all sexual mischief does not have to end. It gives the gent time to recharge his stamina and helps the gal aroused. Therefore when he’s set to come back into the love making session, the lady will still be aroused enough to accept him.

Your very most sensual field is your thoughts. And as significantly as legions of girls won’t admit this, the penis is a focus of fertility, no matter how massive or small, it is still associated with fertility. Penetrating your girl with a huge dildo might well make a fantasy of power play reality. Sex Toys come in all shapes and sizes, check them out!

Some individuals delight in the sensation of feeling full in their vagina or anus. Whenever a sex aid such as a huge dildo, penetrates the vagina or back passage, the muscles contract around it. Innumerable females notice the tightening of all of these muscles to be extensively enjoyable.

Your First Steps To Becoming A Writer

Filed under: Publishing — admin @ 5:30 am

What’s the first step to becoming a writer? You’d think it would be “write”, but it’s not. In speaking to other writers and from what I know of my own journey to becoming a writer, I’ve come to realize that the biggest obstacle for new writers is that they don’t think of themselves as writers. They have trouble developing the belief that they are writers and yet it’s something you have to do. When you haven’t developed that belief, that conviction, it becomes a source of sabotage–you don’t value your work enough to give it the time and the space it needs. How do you come to think of yourself as a writer, especially when you’re not earning a paycheck as a writer? Here are a few tips:

What Happens When You Write?

If you want to be a writer, I’m assuming you feel you have something to say and a strong desire to say it. You may not know how you’re going to say it or in what form (poetry, novel, essay, etc.) but you know something is there. Okay, you pick up your pencil or pen or you sit down to your computer or typewriter. Write something. Whatever you write, just make sure your heart is in it. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it doesn’t have to be neat. It does have to be expressive.

Next, as painful as it may be, you have to show this writing to someone. It can be a friend, it can be a family member. Then, pay attention to what happens. Did the person reading your work cry, laugh or get angry? If so, you did that! It means you can have an effect with your writing. It’s worth something. You have to keep going!

A teenager recently wrote to me concerned because she’s writing fiction and she’s worried her mother will read it and get upset because she thinks it’s stuff the teenager really did. On the one hand, that is a bummer to have to explain yourself to your mother, but on the other hand–wow, that means the young lady’s work is believeable and effective. That kind of feedback is hard to ignore. It’s powerful motivation to keep you going–if you take the time to notice and honor that it’s happening. I once had a writer say to me, “I don’t know if my stuff is any good. I just know that when people read it, they cry.” I told her you can’t get a message any clearer than that kind of response. Now she just has to listen to it.

Cultivate Silence

If you’re having trouble thinking about what it is you have to say, it may help you to spend some time each day in silence. Some writers pray. Some meditate. The idea is to get used to clearing your brain space and tuning in to your inner voice. You’ll also be more aware of those little scraps of possibility floating around in your head that can later grow into big ideas.

What Do You Want to Write? Experiment!

It’s okay if you don’t know what you want to write about. It may take a long time journaling for you to see what keeps coming up for you. And it may take longer to find the form that fits you best. I went from poetry to essays to long-form letter writing before I settled on fiction. It took me years to do that. It doesn’t mean I won’t do anything else in those genres, but what I’m doing right now just fits. I encourage you to experiment until you find the form that suits your writing best.

Continually Remind Yourself You Are a Writer

As you develop your belief that you’re a writer, it’s helpful to set up reminders that will jog you back to that brain space that you need to be in to write. When you sit down to write it’s easy to get distracted and starting thinking about doing laundry or what’s for dinner. You’ll want to have something either on your desk or on the wall in front of you that reminds you to get back to work and that you are a writer.

It might be your list of values that remind you that writing is a part of who you are. It may be simple words such as CREATE or INSPIRE. Isabel Allende, who writes beautiful, historical novels will sit in her office with photos around her, old photos of people who essentially represent her characters so she’s surrounded by them. That puts her back into the brain space of her book because she is sitting in their world; these people are all around her.

What world do you need to be in? The journey you take to get there will be one of many you’ll take as a writer. I hope these ideas will help you take those first steps. What you write–and where you go from here–is entirely up to you. Bon Voyage.

How to Deal With Difficult People: Part 1 - The Sociopath

Filed under: Misc — admin @ 9:26 pm

Twenty-eight old Sandra is a pretty, successful young professional who is in relationship with a 48-year old handsome, suave, successful attorney who had told her he was divorced. He wasn’t.

She forgave him believing his story that he was “emotionally “divorced (but he still lived with his wife and she had no knowledge they were “emotionally divorced”) Later, Sandra left him after he physically abused her. Two weeks later he took another woman on vacation with him and his children; they bought property together. He then decided to dump this woman. Next, he literally cried and begged Sandra to return to him. She did. Sandra now feels angry and questions why. After all, she laments, “he has been so good in the last couple of weeks.”

Sandra has a perfect right to feel angry feelings - without guilt - because she is in the grips of a sociopath person.

What is a sociopath?

We normally think of a “sociopath” as a criminal who often winds up in prison. But, according to Dr Marla Stout who wrote “The Sociopath Next Door,” sociopaths are often non-criminals who at first glance appear normal and well-functioning.

In or out of the criminal justice system, the sociopath: * Has little or no conscience; no ability to feel real shame, guilt or remorse.

* Has a kind of glow or charisma that makes them more charming or interesting than other people around them. They often are more spontaneous, more intense, complex or even sexier than everyone around them.

Fundamentally, sociopaths are different because they cannot love. Sociopaths learn early on to show sham emotion, but underneath they are indifferent to others’ suffering. They lack normal empathy feelings toward others.

They often live to dominate and thrill to win.

If you are in relationship with a person like this, your number one challenge is to protect yourself from them.

Five Survival Tips

The following tips are based on recommendations by Dr. Stout, as well as our experience with anger management students in the grips of such a person:

Tip #1 Accept Bitter Pill

The first tip involves the bitter pill of accepting that some people literally have no conscience, and that these people do not often look like Charles Manson or a Ferengi bartender. They look like us. Sandra’s boyfriend is a pillar of the community with an excellent professional reputation.

Tip #2 - Practice Rule of Three

When considering a new relationship of any kind, practice the Rule of Threes regarding the claims and promises a person makes, and the responsibilities he or she has.

* One lie, one broken promise, or a single neglected responsibility may be a misunderstanding instead.

* Two may involve a serious mistake.

* But three lies says you’re dealing with a liar, and deceit is the linchpin of conscienceless behavior.

Do not give your money, your work, your secrets, or your affection to a three-timer. Your valuable gifts will be wasted.

Tip #3 - Suspect Flattery.

Compliments are lovely, especially when they are sincere. In contrast, flattery is extreme, and appeals to our egos in unrealistic ways. It is the material of counterfeit charm, and nearly always involves an intent to manipulate. Manipulation through flattery is sometimes innocuous and sometimes sinister. Peek over your massaged ego and remember to suspect flattery. Tip #4-do not join the game.

Intrigue is a sociopath’s tool. Resist the temptation to compete with a seductive sociopath, to outsmart him, psychoanalyze, or even banter with him.

In addition to reducing yourself to his level, you would be distracting yourself from what is really important, which is to protect yourself.

Tip #5 - Avoid Contact

The best way to protect yourself from a sociopath is to avoid him, to refuse any kind of contact or communication. This is not easy as sociopaths tend to turn things around and make you feel guilty, shameful, or inadequate. Often this makes you want to try even harder to please them and get their approval. To keep a straight head-and resist temptation- it is best to avoid them completely.

Wedding Planning: Benefits of Online Wedding RSVPs

Filed under: Relationships Hub — admin @ 8:35 pm

Want to manage your wedding guests with style and ease? Forget about multiple checklists and trying to decipher the illegible handwriting sent in by your wedding guests. The days of sorting through scattered mail-back response cards and calculating, then recalculating your guest counts are gone. Thanks to the internet, there’s a better way to approach the entire RSVP process for your wedding!

Online wedding RSVPs, one of the most recent developments in the wedding industry, have skyrocketed in popularity among brides and grooms looking to efficiently handle their guest list. Receiving RSVPs online is an inexpensive way to stay organized and have a bit of fun with the helpful extras that some online RSVP systems offer.

So how can you have your own wedding RSVPs online? It’s very easy! There are a few free sites offering a basic RSVP service, or you can purchase a complete personal wedding website which will, among other things, give you the capability to have your wedding RSVPs set up and online in minutes. Other brides and grooms simply choose to include an email address, however, the advantages of a full service wedding RSVP system can be numerous and well worth the small fee.

Features to look for with Online Wedding RSVPs:

(Note: Prior to ordering, check with your wedding RSVP service provider to confirm that any options of interest to you are available.)

1) Multiple Events - Collect online RSVPs for any multiple events surrounding your wedding, such as RSVPs for: bridal showers, engagement parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinner and gift openings.

2) Print Capabilities - Create and print custom lists of RSVPs and corresponding information to hand out to your wedding planner, bridal party members and caterer.

3) Downloadable Capabilities - Download all RSVPs to a convenient spreadsheet format. Flexible to suit the format you want!

4) Live, Real-Time Data - No waiting! Receive all RSVPs the second they are submitted by your wedding guests. You will enjoy the fast turnaround that is only possible through the internet. In fact, you may even begin to collect RSVPs the same day your wedding guests receive your wedding invitations in the mail!

5) 24/7 Access to all Reports - Online wedding RSVPs work to your schedule and may be received and viewed at any time of day or night, seven days a week. You can even receive RSVPs on the weekend…yet another perk of the online RSVP method versus the postal route!

6) Share and Collect Additional Information - Customize your online wedding RSVP form to collect more than “accept” or “decline” responses from your wedding guests. If your wedding calls for it, customize your RSVP form to collect child care bookings, hotel preferences and more. Or you may choose to share certain information in conjunction with your RSVP form, such as gift registry information, allergy alerts and more.

7) Meal Tracking - If you are having a sit-down dinner, not a buffet, you can easily collect your wedding guests’ meal selections by entering an online list of available options. Your wedding guests then indicate their desired meal choice when they submit their RSVP. This is the perfect way to obtain an accurate meal count for your caterer!

8) Auto Confirmation Email - When your wedding guests choose to enter their email address with their RSVP, a confirmation email will be sent affirming that their RSVP was successfully delivered into your account. Wedding guests tend to appreciate the peace of mind that comes along with this feature.

9) Secure Storage - RSVPs and corresponding information are generally stored in a private online account that can only be accessed with your unique username and password.

10) Password Protection - Some RSVP services offer password protection so only invited wedding guests with the correct password may RSVP.

11) Special Messages - Wedding guests can also submit their well-wishes to you when entering their RSVPs online.

12) Accurate Totals - Put your calculator away! Online wedding RSVP systems pull live totals so you can view accurate summaries and always know what your guest count is for “accept” and “decline” responses.

Top 2 Benefits of Receiving your Wedding RSVPs Online:

1) Eliminate the need to purchase return postage and RSVP cards.

2) No more worries about lost or delayed RSVP cards in the mail.

There’s a variety of online wedding RSVP systems available on the internet, varying in price and features, which gives you a wide selection to choose from! Some companies offer advanced online options, while others provide basic but functional RSVP forms. Take advantage of the flexible and accessible options that online wedding RSVPs offer to directly benefit you and your wedding guests!

The Colloidal Silver Controversy

Filed under: Nutrition Info — admin @ 6:20 pm

Colloidal Silver might just be a wonderful thing and here’s
why: Prokaryotic, a.k.a bacterial cells and viruses cannot
live in it’s presence. That means that whether you have a
cold caused by a virus or a bacterial infection, colloidal
silver could be used to fight the infection.

Think about it, if anything is caused by bacteria or
viruses, it could certainly be influenced by the use of
colloidal silver. It can also act as a topical treatment to
prevent cuts or burns from becoming infected.

Colloidal silver will deactivate a prokaryotic pathogen’s ability to use oxygen, thereby suffocating the pathogen to death. Germs are not able to mutate to beat silver - at least not so far. So the super strains of bacteria that have shown up in recent times are not able to defeat silver.

Colloidal Silver is somewhat controversial. It seems to be
generally agreed that Colloidal Silver is an effective
topical antibacterial agent. Long term internal use may have
side affects, such as turning the skin blue. There is also
the question of heavy metal toxicity.

You might find it interesting to recognize that there isn’t
much argument about short term use. It seems to me that you
could use it like an antibiotic for two weeks at a time when
necessary. Of course, I’m not a doctor and you shouldn’t
attempt to self treat. If you have a health condition, go
see your doctor.

So, how come doctors don’t use colloidal silver in their
practices? Interesting question, that one.

All I can do is point out that colloidal silver is available
without a prescription at your local health food store.

The author of “The Body Electric” did some research on
silver and he found it to be a great treatment for burns,
that it did not upset the intestinal environment the way
that convention antibiotics do and he saw it as an
eliminator of pathogens.

Pathogens are those pesky bacteria and viruses that seem to
cause so much trouble. Silver is used in the treatment of
burns today.

This may be important: There are some out there that claim
the colloidal silver available on the market today is not in
a high enough concentrations to be effective. Some
recommend 500 PPM solutions.

PPM stands for Parts Per Million. You can find 500 PPM
solutions in health stores occasionally. There is not
enough research out there to say for sure that you need 500
PPM. But it doesn’t seem that unreasonable either.

Many brands that you find in store are only 50 or even 5
PPM.

Colloidal silver is available without a prescription, which
could be telling about why there isn’t more research
available. It’s just not profitable for the people who do
the most medical research to investigate it.

The money for them is in researching and creating new drugs.
In other words, there is no way to corner the market on
colloidal silver.

You would be right to lament the fact that not enough
research has been done, to tell us more about this
incredible option.

And it’s not that research has never been done. There is a
large body of research that supports the use of it, however,
it has never become mainstream knowledge

Again, some doctors and scientists are concerned about
toxicity levels with colloidal silver. If you have any
questions about it, it might be a good idea to consult with
your physician. See what she says about it.

Important note: Though many people use or have used colloidal silver without ill effects, including myself, there are some who have suffered terribly by the use of silver nitrate sprayed into the nasal passages. They have turned blue permanently due to the amount of silver that permeated the skin. Even though colloidal silver and the silver nitrate that used to be sprayed into the nose are not the same, you should do your research carefully before deciding to use colloidal silver.
